随着我国改革开放的不断深入，特别是加入世贸组织后，我国与世界各国在政治、经济、文化等方面的交流越来越多，英语作为世界通用语，已被国家教育部列为初、高等教育的必修课，为培养具有国际竞争力的人才，英语教育从幼儿抓起已是大势所趋。那么实施幼儿英语教育有没有可能？幼儿英语教育应具备怎样的环境？幼儿英语教育应如何实施？我将就以上问题谈谈自己初浅的看法。

一、实施幼儿英语教育的可能性

1、科学研究表明幼儿早期有能力学习并接受第二语言，幼儿英语教育是可行的
心理学研究表明，语言发展的关键是在6岁以前。这一时期，如果对幼儿进行良好的语言教育，给予丰富、适量的信息刺激就能得到比较充分的发展，相反如果错过语言萌发增长的关键时期，再多量的刺激也难以达到充分发展的水平。根据有关言语神经生理机制的研究，认为4——10岁是开始学习外语的最佳年龄。其原因是，在年龄幼小时，左脑引起的失语症，可以靠右脑机能来弥补，年龄大些后，左脑损伤引起的失语症就无法补救，这说明，儿童时期的大脑机能有较大的可塑性。所以，这一时期幼儿是有能力学习外语的。儿童从6岁起，其辩音能力、认知能力，语调和语音大体上已开始退化。日本著名幼儿教育专家也认为0——6岁是语言发展的最佳时期，处于这一时期的幼儿有形成两个以上言语中枢的可能性。若在最佳时期只接受母语的刺激，那么，母语中枢以外的言语中枢就逐渐退化。儿童进入学龄后，母语中枢已形成一整套固定的控制模式，这时再学习第二种语言，母语中枢就很难接受。因此，如果我们能抓住幼儿期对幼儿进行第二语言的教育，其潜力和发展是无限的。因此，为实施幼儿英语教育提供了理论依据。

2、幼儿学习英语有利于儿童各个方面的发展
幼儿英语学习是一种积极的智力活动，对幼儿的语言、认知发展，无疑起到促进作用。在幼儿英语的学习中，教师通过设计各种各样的教育活动，让幼儿在轻松自然的氛围中积极愉快地学习口语，形成初步的语感，激发幼儿学习的兴趣和好奇心，为幼儿进入小学、初中认读阶段的学习打下良好的基础。同时在英语的学习中还能培养幼儿的语言表达能力与交往能力。另外，幼儿英语的学习不单纯是语言知识的获得，作为启蒙教育，他还有利于幼儿各种基本能力和良好个性、习惯的培养，通过英语的学习，可以在增长幼儿知识，开阔幼儿视野的同时，促进其个性的全面发展，因此，实施幼儿英语教育不但可以，而且还有利于幼儿各方面的发展。

二、幼儿英语教育实施的环境创设

幼儿语言的学习离不开相应的语言环境，幼儿学习语言是在相应的语言环境中自然习得的。汉语作为我们的母语之所以能很快掌握，是因为我们有良好的语言环境。而英语之所以不易被人们所掌握，与缺少英语的语言环境有直接的关系。因此，为幼儿创造一个良好的语言环境是至关重要的，那么，我们应该从哪些方面入手呢？

1、要培养一支综合素质较高的师资队伍
毫无疑问，教学质量取决于教师本身的知识水平和职业技能。开展幼儿英语教育，必须培养一支综合素质较高的师资队伍，这类教师不仅要具备一定的英语水平，而且要善于把握幼儿的心理特点，能设计出一些生动、有趣，能调动幼儿积极性的教育、教学活动。教师在施教时，应尽量使用标准的、纯正的、优美的、活泼、生动的语言。当好幼儿英语教师的关键是要花心思，要有爱心、耐心和细心。

2、学校要有意识的为幼儿创造一个良好的校园英语环境

Then, the stardrive section is soon encompassed by a sphere-shaped force field and bright white light surrounds the battle bridge. The magistrate orders everyone in the courtroom to stand as the judge enters. The judge is revealed to be Q, who charges Humanity with being a grievously savage race, to which Yar is unable to control her anger and starts to berate Q. Q then freezes Yar, the same way he did to Torres. Picard asks Q to thaw out Yar, which he does, much to the crowd's displeasure. Picard pleads not guilty to Q's charges. Q does not take kindly to this and has two soldiers aim their weapons at Data and Troi and order them to pull the triggers if Picard says anything other than guilty. Therefore, he asks Q to test the crew of the Enterprise to see if this is presently true of Humans.
